About Us
Annie Schmidt, MS, is a certified Integral Coach in the New Ventures West
methodology recognized and accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science, and a
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering both from the College of Science
and Engineering at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Annie worked for IBM for 20 years in several technical and leadership roles including
project management, development, supply chain, international customer relations,
technical writing, patent licensing, and technical sales.
Since 2008, Annie has served as Co-Director for Alumnae Programs on the Board
of Directors for Center for Emerging Leadership.
In addition, she has been active in the holistic arts studying and practicing for over 15
years. She served on the Integrative Therapies Advisory Board, a Rochester holistic
healing center, co-chairing it her last year there, and has been a practitioner of
holistic body therapy, holding a Reiki Master level.
It is this blending of business and technology with healing and holism through which
Annie offers Synergy Coaching. Her curiosity and passion is to guide and facilitate
others to fully embody who they are meant to be.
